Before you fill out our application, please review our basic policies for apartment rentals.
Our primary goal is to create a safe, secure, and quiet environment for our tenants.
That is the main motivating factor for our policies.
To that end, these rules will be strictly enforced and regulated.
- Absolutely no pets.
- There is NO smoking allowed inside of the apartments or laundry areas. Please go outside and at least 15' away from the buildings to smoke.
- Loud parties and loud music are prohibited.
- No destruction of J&M property. This includes provided furniture, appliances, walls, doors, windows, lawn, and anything else that you did not move in when you did. Please do not litter on the lawn outside of the apartments.
- Guests staying for more than three days must have permission of the landlord.
- No one besides the tenant is allowed to move in without first obtaining the landlord's permission.
- All vehicles must have a parking sticker.
Abiding by these policies earns you quick service and repairs to your apartment.
Tenant noise will be dealt with quickly and fairly.
